• Our services include study notes and educational materials, which are delivered digitally.
• Since digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds.

3. Duplicate Transactions

• If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, please contact us at gyaanoofficial@gmail.com with transaction details.
• After verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate payment.

4. Technical Issues

• If you face technical problems while accessing purchased content, our team will work with you to resolve the issue.
• This does not qualify as a refund request.
